The Friends of the WVRC is a non-profit organization comprised of nearly 1,000 people, including volunteers, public and private sector representatives and community leaders who are dedicated to realizing this dream.
Created in 2001 through
a partnership of WESTMARC and Valley
Forward Association, the organization provides
advocacy, promotion and education focused on the development
of a 70+ mile multi-modal, non-motorized corridor connecting
residential areas, parks, schools, recreation and commerce
within and around the project site. (View
